Установлено, что эфирное масло обладает наиболее выраженным антимикробным действием в отношении Staphylococcus aureus и Enterococcus faecalis, менее выраженным – Escherichia coli и Candida albicans. Антимикробное действие на тест-культуры микроорганизмов Pseudamonas aeruginosa и Proteus vulgaris не выражено.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this work was to investigate the antibacterial activities using the method of wells of Rosmarinus officinalis essential oil, introduced in the Botanical garden of PMPI. It is established that the essential oil has the most pronounced antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis, less – Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Antimicrobial effect on the test-cultures of microorganisms Pseudamonas aeruginosa and Proteus vulgaris are not expressed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Rosmarinus officinalis L.</kwd><kwd>Lamiaceae</kwd><kwd>антимикробная активность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Rosmarinus officinalis L.</kwd><kwd>Lamiaceae</kwd><kwd>antimicrobial action</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Государственная фармакопея СССР. – Вып. 1: Общие методы анализа / МЗ СССР. – 11-е изд., доп. – М.: Медицина, 1987. – 336 с.</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Gosudarstvennaia farmakopeia SSSR.
