Были определены оптимальные условия экстракции изучаемых веществ из сырья. С использованием разработанной методики установлено, что содержание костунолида и дегидроко-стуслактона в образцах лавра, в пересчете на абсолютно сухое сырье, достигает 0,99 и 0,26% соответственно</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We have developed a methodology of quantitative determination of sesquiterpenic lactones (costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone) in leaves of Laurus nobilis using reversed phase HPLC. We have determined optimal conditions for the substances under study extraction from active parts.
